Caesar Guerini says:  The Maxum Sporting is truly a stunning over/under shotgun. The deep relief gothic scroll hand finished engraving on the receiver, side plates, and fore-end assembly make this sporting gun unique among others on the clays course. The handwork and design are from the studios of the world renowned Italian engraving house, Bottega Incisioni C. Giovanelli. The coin finish frame is painstakingly hand polished. Balancing the beauty of the deeply sculpted engraving is a deluxe grade of Turkish walnut, featuring precision cut 26 lines-per-inch checkering and a natural oil finish, hand rubbed to a sheen that enhances the highly figured wood grain. * The adjustable trigger moves up to 1/2" to accommodate different hand sizes and incorporates an external adjustment for take-up. * A Boss style ejector system with oversized cams ensures positive shell ejection and disc retainers provide strength.
* Each gun is carefully balanced approximately 1cm in front of the hinge pin to offer more stability than an upland model. * A stock wrench included for removing the stock without removing the recoil pad. * Each Maxum Sporting comes with six CCP (Crowned Conical Parallel) competition extended chokes (CYL, SK, 2-IC, LM, M) (410 has one IC and a Full) tuned for sporting clays with: conical-parallel interior design, crowned muzzle, polished interior, knurling, and thread design that prevents them from coming loose during use. Plastic choke case included. * A select grade Turkish walnut stock with a traditional high luster oil finish and palm swell on the pistol grip. Stocks are 14.75 inches long to allow for proper fitting. * The barrels have ventilated center ribs for rapid cooling, 10mm parallel target top rib and double beads. * A hard case is included with every Caesar Guerini sporting over/under. 

Hero's Arms Says:  This Caesar Guerini was manufactured in 2009, sold new by Hero's Arms in 2014 with an upgraded left-hand stock, sent back to Caesar Guerini in 2018 for a pit stop and hardly used since.  It has had a very sophisticated after market adjustable comb made by artifacts-arms installed which allows for very precise adjustments.  Upward movement can be adjusted 1/2" high and anywhere in-between. Downward adjustment below the standard height of the comb before it was cut, is 1/8” lower.  Side to side adjustment (cast on or cast off) 1/4” in either direction left or right from the center position.  The comb can be canted/angled left or right. The comb can be tilted forward or backward 7 degrees. .In 20 and 28 Gauge it comes with M/LM/IC/IC/SK/C extended choke tubes, in 410 bore it comes with F/IM/IC/SK/SK/C, others are available from Caesar Guerini.    It is in excellent, almost as-new condition.  The Maxum Combo is now a special order gun with a MSRP of $13,742, so, relatively speaking, this is a bargain.
