This used SKB (Sakaba) 12 Gauge O/U has 26" barrels and comes with Modified, Improved Cylinder and Skeet chokes, a 3" chamber and pistol grip stock. It uses Briley choke tubes so they are easily available. LOP is 14 1/4", and it weighs 7 pounds 8 1/2 ounces. It has the modified Greener cross bolt lock up making it one of the strongest locking systems around. An excellent gun for upland hunting or skeet. The gun is in 98% condition, the only indication of use is worn bluing on the top of the barrel where it meets the receiver, probably from being pushed into the case. There are a few exceedingly minor marks on the wood, but overall this will prove to be an exceedingly reliable gun for years of hunting or skeet.

The Weatherby Athena D'Italia, introduced in 2005, features classic English side by side design and craftsmanship, manufactured with the latest in production technology. A 20 Gauge, double trigger shotgun with 26" multi choke (Full, Modified, Improved Cylinder, and two Skeet Tubes added by Hero's Arms) barrels, chambered for 2 3/4" and 3" shells, back bored, with lengthened forcing cones. It weighs only 6 pound 4 ounces. It features laser-cut checkering on its English/Straight Stock and Splinter Forearm, and English Scroll with ribbons engraving on the receiver. It comes in a hard case with velour sleeves. A fine upland hunting gun.

Manufactured in Japan by SKB (Sakaba) for Weatherby this Athena III combines the renowned strength, reliability and precision of SKB manufacturing with the elegance and attention to detail of Weatherby. A beautiful combination of form and function. The 26" barrels have 2 3/4" chambers in 28 Gauge, and come with three Integral Multi-Choke System screw in chokes (Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Skeet) which interchange with Briley chokes. It features an oil-finished Claro walnut stock, 14 3/8" Length of Pull) with intricate hand checkering, rounded pistol grip and a slender forearm. Silver/gray nitride sideplates feature rose and scroll engraving with gold inlaid pheasant and quail hunting scenes, while the top lever carries the famous Weatherby flying “W.” Old English recoil pad. All together this is an exceptionally attractive and well made gun for upland hunting or skeet shooting. HA605 Weatherby Orion II Classic Field, O/U, 20 Ga. 2 3/4" & 3", 26"MC Bbls., NIB, $1,395

This new-in-box Weatherby Orion II 20 gauge Classic Field shotgun, made in Japan by SKB, is a good all purpose gun, suitable for hunting or skeet. It is particularly good for people who want less recoil than a 12 gauge produces. It has a high gloss finish, a 14 1/4" Length of Pull over a solid rubber recoil pad. Its 26" barrels chamber both 2 3/4" & 3" shells, and are fitted with chokes in Modified, Improved Cylinder and Skeet constrictions. As these are standard Invector chokes, others are widely available. A second Skeet choke was added by Hero's Arms. The receiver is solid steel, CNC machined, with a Greener style cross-lock design featuring five different locking lugs, one of the strongest designs on the market. The inertial single selective trigger has the firing order selector located on the trigger. Though Weatherby does not provide a written guarantee they do stand behind their firearms.
