This new-in-box Weatherby Orion II 20 gauge Classic Field shotgun, made in Japan by SKB, is a good all purpose gun, suitable for hunting or skeet. It is particularly good for people who want less recoil than a 12 gauge produces. It has a high gloss finish, a 14 1/4" Length of Pull over a solid rubber recoil pad. Its 26" barrels chamber both 2 3/4" & 3" shells, and are fitted with chokes in Modified, Improved Cylinder and Skeet constrictions. As these are standard Invector chokes, others are widely available. A second Skeet choke was added by Hero's Arms. The receiver is solid steel, CNC machined, with a Greener style cross-lock design featuring five different locking lugs, one of the strongest designs on the market. The inertial single selective trigger has the firing order selector located on the trigger. Though Weatherby does not provide a written guarantee they do stand behind their firearms. This almost new 2007 Cynergy Classic Field .410 has had fewer than 100 shots fired through it, 50 of which were two rounds of skeet I shot. Its 26" barrels will chamber both 2 1/2" and 3" .410 shells, and have both mid and front white bead sights. It came with flush Invector chokes in Full, Modified and Improved Cylinder, and Hero's Arms has added two Briley X-2 Extended Skeet chokes, a Briley Speed Wrench, and a Briley Choke Case (over $100 value). It has all the innovative Cynergy mechanical features: Monoloc Hinge, Impact Ejectors; Mechanical Trigger; Reverse Striker Ignition System; Engraved Silver Nitride Receiver; 3" Chrome Chambers; Ventilated Top & Side Ribs. It also has a classic checkered walnut pistol grip stock with a 14 1/4" Length of Pull over a plastic butt plate, and a Schnabel style forearm. At 6 pounds 9 ounces, with a 14 1/2" Length of Pull, it is an excellent gun for upland hunting, and is an excellent choice for an accomplished lady (or gentleman) skeet shooter. HA597 Franchi Veloce O/U 28 Gauge 2 3/4", 26"MC Bbls (Used 99%) Cased, $1,445

This is a beautiful, light 28 Gauge slightly used Over/Under shotgun suitable for upland hunting, or for skeet. With 26" barrels and weighing only 5 pounds 10.5 ounces it is fast handling and lives up to its Italian name "Veloce." The figured walnut stock has a 14 1/2" Length of Pull over a sporting two part recoil pad which has a smooth plastic top part to keep from snagging clothes while being shouldered. The receiver is coin finished with gold birds on each side. It comes with a Modified, and two Improved Cylinder choke tubes (Briley Skeet tubes are available). The monoblock is jeweled, the top lever filigreed. It has a mechanical (not inertial) trigger selectable by moving the tang mounted automatic safety. The only sign that it has been used are a couple of tiny fingernail indentations near the top of the forearm on the right side. I shot two rounds of skeet with it with excellent results. It would be a wonderful ladies skeet gun.

This New-In-Box Franchi Destino is a limited production (250 a year) high grade English style Side-by-Side. It has a straight stock of AAA walnut, with a 14 7/16" Length of Pull over a checkered wooden butt plate (it also comes with a rubber butt plate for rough use). It has a single selective trigger, firing order being determined by a slider on the automatic safety on the tang, and comes with "Lifters" or extractors which lift the fired hulls for easy removal and does not eject them into the woods. It has 26" barrels which shoot either 2 3/4" or 3" 20 Gauge shells, and has screw-in chokes in Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Cylinder constrictions. The receiver is tastefully engraved and has gold highlights. The water table and barrel flats are jeweled. It comes with a three year guarantee from BenelliUSA, the importer. This is currently Franchi's highest level shotgun. It is an elegant choice for upland hunting.

This Franchi Highlanders with case colored receiver is a light (6 lbs 3.5 oz) 20 Gauge with 26" Barrels, fast, upland game gun with a Grade A Walnut Prince of Wales Stock, a single non-selective mechanical trigger (the right barrel always fires first, if it has a dud the left barrel will fire on the next trigger pull), and an automatic safety suitable for hunting situations. The Color Case Hardened (CCH) receiver has an engraved border pattern. It has selective automatic ejectors - only the empty hulls are ejected. This Beretta AL391 Teknys Gold was fired fewer than 25 times before being traded in to Hero's Arms. It is basically in perfect condition. Hero's Arms has added a Briley 4" extension tube so that now it can be a 26" upland hunting gun, or a 30" duck, sporting clays or skeet gun. It shoots both 2 3/4" and 3" shells from its 3 in. chamber, the receiver has engraved hunting scenes, jeweled breech bolt and carrier, checkered deluxe walnut stock and forearm with green colored enamel inserts in rear receiver and front of stock, includes Gel-Tek recoil pad, and stock recoil reducer. It also has inserts for changing the drop and cast of the stock, and an ordinary buttplate. The length of pull can be adjusted by buying different thickness gel pads. It comes with five Optima Plus choke tubes in Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder and Cylinder constrictions. These screw directly into the barrel, or, if the Briley Extension is installed, into the Extension.

An excellent all around choice for sporting clays, skeet or hunting (because it has 3" chambers), this Browning Citori 525 Sporting Grade 1 weighs 8 pounds 0.5 ounces, and has 30" ported barrels with Invector Plus choke tubes in Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder. (Invector Plus Choke tubes in other constrictions are widely available). It has a right handed palm swell and no cast, which make it suitable for most shooters. It has a close-radius pistol grip for better control, and the matte finish of the wood could be highlighted with oil or wax if a shiny finish is preferred. The gun comes with three triggers, each of which can be mounted in one of three positions, providing some adjustment to the length of pull. The Length of Pull is 14 15/16" making this suitable for the taller than average shooter. It comes with a set of inserts in different colors for the front sight, and a small wrench to adjust the trigger. It also has a set of chamber locks for safety. This Browning BPS is designed to shoot steel shot for waterfowl hunting,. It is ambidextrous because it ejects from the bottom and the safety is on the top tang so either a right or left handed shooter can use it. It weighs almost 10 pounds to soak up the recoil of a 10 gauge 3 1/2" shell. It has been suggested that it is cheaper to use 10 Gauge steel shot rather than 12 Gauge High Density shot. It has an Extractor in place of Ejectors, but this Mossberg International Silver Reserve Youth (Bantam) 20 Gauge has everything else a Compact Adult/Youth or a Right/Left Handed shooter could ask for in an economical gun. It has a Vent Rib, Chrome Plated Bores, 5 choke tubes and wrench (Full, Improved Modified, Modified and two Improved Cylinder). The stock has a 13 1/4" Length of Pull making it suitable for a young person or for an adult between 4'8" and 5'4", right or left handed. The stock is made from figured Turkish Black Walnut. It has a slight right hand palm swell, but this should not bother a left handed shooter as the stock has only a slight (1/8") cast to the right. This 20 Gauge Browning BPS Micro Shotgun is ideal for the smaller shooter, and for left or right handed shooters because it ejects shells from the bottom, and the safety is on the top of the receiver so it can be operated by either thumb. The receiver is made from forged and machined steel. The barrel is a compact 22" in length, with ventilated rib, and it has Invector Plus Choke Tubes in Full, Modified and Improved Cylinder Constrictions. (A Skeet tube is also available). It has a 3" chamber so can shoot either 2 3/4" or 3" shells. With the addition of a rifled choke tube it would make a handy slug gun for deer hunting. It has dual steel action bars. The stock & forearm have cut checkering and satin finish walnut. The newest addition to the Marlin LC Smith line, this Side-by-Side double barrel 28 Gauge is made in Spain by Zabala Hermanos, very much in the style of the old LC Smith. It has automatic selective ejectors, a single selective trigger, screw in choke tubes in Full, Modified and Improved Cylinder Constrictions, Skeet tubes are available. The pistol grip stock has a 14 3/8" length of Pull, and a distinct Cast Off of 1/4" (for Right Handed Shooters). The wood features a Fleur de Lys checkering pattern. The action is case colored, and the side-plates and bottom of the receiver have gold accented birds in flight. A nice touch is that the action bar, or watertable, and the mating flat underside of the barrels have been engine turned, or jeweled. With its 26" barrels and 6 pound 8 ounce weight this is an elegant gun for upland hunting or skeet. It comes with Marlin's 5 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

This Winchester Select Model 101 looks very much like the 101 Winchester imported from Japan from 1961 to 1987, but this one is made in Belgium by Fabrique National (which made the Browning Superposed) and has an action similar to the other Winchester Select shotguns, with a Beretta style lockup. As a 12 Gauge which takes 2 3/4" & 3" shells in 28" barrels with Invector Plus choke tubes (Full, Modified, Improved Cylinder supplied Skeet Available) and a non-Automatic safety, this is very much an all-around gun suitable for hunting or clay target sports. It has a fairly short Length Of Pull, at 14 3/16", and no cast, so it would best fit a slightly shorter than average shooter, either right or left handed. It's list price is $2,061 but Hero's Arms got a deal on it so we are selling it for only $1,475, probably less than anybody else. It comes with a Lifetime Replacement warranty from Davidson's. The Smith & Wesson Gold Elite Side-by-Side shotgun is produced in S&W's own plant in Turkey. Now apparently discontinued, this has become a very collectable firearm. This may be the last Remington Over/Under model made in the United States. This Remington 332 is a modern version of the classic Model 32. It has a high gloss finish on both wood and metal, making it suitable for hunting or clay target sports. This Rizzini is a very well made and attractive .410 suitable for Skeet, upland hunting and Sporting Clays. It has a Prince of Wales stock with a 14 3/4" Length of Pull, and rubber butt pad. Emphasizing its potential for use as a hunting gun, it comes with a set of sling swivels. A Browning Citori designed for upland hunting, this 28 Gauge Over/Under weighs 6 pounds 9 ounces. It has the full 525 close radius pistol-grip stock, cut checkering on a matte oil finish stock (14 1/2" Length of Pull), Schnabel forearm, and an attractive engraving pattern on the silver nitride receiver. With 26" barrels it is chambered to shoot 2 3/4" shells, and has Invector choke tubes (Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder). Additional Invector choke tubes are easy to find. It comes with a choke wrench, and a set of Omega Chamber Locks. It has both front and mid white bead sights, so would be equally at home on the skeet range as in hunting situations. Now apparently discontinued, this has become a very collectable firearm. This may be the last Remington Over/Under model made in the United States. This Remington 332 is a modern version of the classic Model 32. It has a high gloss finish on both wood and metal, making it suitable for hunting or clay target sports. It has 28" (Actually 27.5") barrels with Remchokes in Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder. It chambers both 2 3/4" and 3" shells, and appears to have a long forcing cone to reduce felt recoil. It has a 14 1/8" length of pull over the Old-English-style solid-rubber recoil pad. The cut engraving on the receiver has the same "Pointer and Setter" motif as the original Model 32. The barrel selector is in the middle of the non-automatic safety on the top tang. It has an underlock design for a low receiver. The gun goes together very smartly and looks and feels well made. It has automatic ejectors. Altogether, in my opinion, this is a simple well constructed gun which will give years of satisfactory shooting. The Huglu Ringneck 28 Gauge is well made, light, points well, has a Single Tang Switch Selectable Trigger, and a Case Colored sideplate receiver. It has 2 3/4" chambers in 26" barrels which come with Five Mobil-chokes in Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Cylinder constrictions. It has extractors, not ejectors. A slender well proportioned (the receiver is specifically sized for a 28 Gauge) gun, it moves and points well. It weighs only 5 pounds 11 1/2 ounces. The stock has a "Prince of Wales" style pistol grip and the 14 5/8" Length Of Pull is over a two part sporting style recoil pad with a hard plastic top insert to keep from snagging on clothing. It has a slight (1/4") "Cast Off" (Butt of the stock is to the right of the centerline of the gun) making it appropriate for a right-handed shooter. This Winchester 101 is in very good condition, it has a pattern of marks on the top of the stock at the heel which may have come from hitting a hearing protector, and a 3/8" long crack in the forearm between the front screw and the iron. If has a bit of wear on the bluing on the bottom of the receiver. It is listed as Full over Modified Chokes, but I read it as Modified over light Modified (Constrictions of .018 and .015).
